Progress Homes & Construction was founded on hard work, family values, and a passion for building quality homes throughout Central Florida.

Founder Joe Esposito Sr. has been an entrepreneur for more than 40 years. His career began in the agricultural industry, where he owned and operated a successful commercial grove company producing citrus trees across Central Florida. He later expanded into the residential industry by building a respected landscape and irrigation company known for quality workmanship and customer service.

While working alongside builders throughout the area, Joe discovered a passion for home construction and development. He became a licensed builder in 1999 and set out to create homes built with craftsmanship, integrity, and attention to detail.

Together with his wife, Jill, Joe built not only a family but also a vision for the future. Their three children—Joseph Jr., Vincent, and Kayla—became the inspiration behind the company’s family-centered foundation.

Through perseverance, faith, and dedication, Progress Homes & Construction grew into a trusted family business serving homeowners throughout Central Florida. Today, the company specializes in custom homes and thoughtfully designed spec homes that combine quality craftsmanship, functional design, and lasting value.

Joseph Jr., now a licensed contractor, plays a key role as Project Manager, helping ensure every home meets the company’s high standards. Vincent has also become an important part of the company’s future, helping carry the family legacy into the next generation.
